Income Disclosure

The Opportunity Intelligence Score (OIS™) is a 0–100 institutional-grade evaluation across 17 evidence-based dimensions. It is designed to help you compare opportunities, flag red flags, and pressure-test claims before you commit money or time.

An OIS score is not a prediction of your future earnings, lifestyle, or business outcome. Two opportunities with similar scores can produce very different real-world results depending on your skills, capital, location, effort, and market timing.

The FTC and similar regulators require clear disclosure any time a business makes earnings claims or uses testimonials. We make no such claims about the programs we review — and we ask you to treat the programs we review with the same skepticism. This page exists so that:

• You do not buy a course, MLM position, franchise, or investment on the assumption that an OIS score of “70/100” means you will earn what the program’s marketing suggests.
• You do not interpret an OIS score of “20/100” as a guarantee that the program is a scam — only that we identified significant risks or unsupported claims during our analysis.
• You understand that our own testimonials and user-statistics are illustrative unless explicitly backed by data.

Where we publish numbers on the homepage (e.g. “471 programs scored”, “23% flagged as predatory”, “82% of programs make income claims that are not supported by verifiable evidence”), they reflect the population of programs we have analysed to date using our published scoring methodology. They are descriptive of the dataset, not a forecast for any individual program.

Where we use testimonials (e.g. on the home page or in the marketplace), we do so to illustrate how the Service has been used. Testimonials:

• Reflect the experience of individual users under specific circumstances; they are not a guarantee of what you will experience.
• Were lightly edited for clarity; the original intent and substance remain.
• Were collected with the consent of the named user (we use their first name and last initial only).
• Are not composited across multiple users or cherry-picked to imply typical results.

We do not use testimonials to make any specific income claim about using Optera.

Any reference to “typical,” “average,” “most users,” or similar on our marketing surfaces refers to observed behaviour in our internal analytics (review count, return rate, etc.) and is not a guarantee of your outcome. Your individual results will vary.

Opterais an analysis product. It does not sell you a business opportunity, does not place you in a job, and does not return your money if the opportunity you chose does not work out. The Service’s only product is the analysis itself.

Where we do operate commerce (the marketplace), we sell tools and templates. We do not claim that buying a template, guide, or workbook will produce any specific income.
